Volunteer Erosion Control was established to help serve the needs of the construction industry in Tennessee.

Our primary focus is to deliver professional erosion and sediment control services at affordable prices. We are certified DBE by the TN Governor’s Office of Diversity Business, classified as an SBE. We are a licensed and insured contractor that can provide a variety of services to meet the needs of utilities, government agencies, industrial facilities, contractors and homeowners.

The principal investor has been in and around the construction industry for nearly 20 years. Mr. Toole started out as a young laborer for his family's development company and quickly moved into a management position. He served as an intern for the Environmental Coordinator at TDOT while working on his bachelor's degree in Environmental Studies from the University of Tennessee and was the Erosion Control Director for a conservation group in Knoxville, until starting Volunteer Erosion Control, LLC in 2005.
